Most unopened items sold by HAHA46.com in new (unused) condition and returned within 10 days will receive a refund or exchange. Some items sold by HAHA46.com may have a modified return policy noted on the receipt, packing slip, HAHA46.com policy board (refund exceptions), or in the item description. Returned items must be accompanied by photo-documentation of the issue or damage in addition to the original product packing slip and receipt. Returned items that do not have photo-documentation or supporting documentation may be denied a refund or exchange.
